In this discussion, I explore Dimitri Crooijmans chapter in Enter the Alien, focused on his attempt to put Tantric practices and Hegelian philosophy into a deeper interrelation. This effort is related to Crooijmans own personal mediation of both engagement with Tantric workshops and Hegel's Phenomenology of Spirit. Here he is able to think in new ways about the relation between Sutra and Tantra, the importance of cultivating a Science of Spirit, as well as the relation of core philosophical concepts, like the Non-Relation and Absolute Knowing, to Tantric practices.
