"Marxist Politics for Undead Millennials (and Zoomers)" is a ten-session course led by “The Last Marxist” Chris Cutrone that explores the theoretical core of both “Marxist politics” as well as the historical context of the “Millennial Left”. This course is inspired by Cutrone’s two major works (Sublation Press): The Death of the Millennial Left (2023), and Marxism and Politics (2024). Throughout the ten sessions Cutrone will lead us through the jungles of contemporary capitalist politics with a focus on how "socialist unity” might be possible today if we are capable of a cold and honest analysis of the death of the Millennial Left, as well as a critical and emancipatory focus on the unresolved questions and problems internal to Marxist political-economy.
The course is designed for both Millennials and Zoomers interested in politics, honestly reflecting on the collapse of the contemporary Left, as well as focused on both the theory and praxis of emancipatory politics.
